Continuing the line of Pathfinder minimate figures that are based off the role playing game of the same name. If you’re unfamiliar with this game, I recommend you check out Paizo.com. There’s a ton of info, games and more on their site. As for minimate figures there have been several sets released along with exclusive goblins. Up next for review is the Glow in the Dark Goblin.

The Figure
Glow in the Dark Goblin
This goblin was a promo figure at last year’s GenCon (then online at various websites afterwards). The goblins are still my favorite characters of the Pathfinder line.
He has an over-sized minimate head with sculpted ears protruding from the side. Even the one ear has detail with a little ear-ring. The facial detail is the same from the Dogslicer Ale Goblin minus the headgear. Also missing is the white detail for his teeth. But you got to love that goblinesque wicked grin.
The arms and legs are shorter pieces with the forearm/hand and shin/feet being one solid piece with no articulation at the wrists or ankles. For torso detail he has a worn brown vest with little teeth necklace (again with the white missing). He also has a worn grey and brown tunic skirt with a small non-detachable blade on to his left hip. Underneath he’s not going commando but rather a light brown pelvis piece. The entirety of the figure, save for his pelvis and skirt, is done in opaque green glow in the dark plastic. This really helps the figure look good in both regular light and when charged up in the dark.
For accessories he comes with a large medieval looking silver knife with holes in the blade; same one from Dogslicer Goblin but with brown detail on the hilt. He also comes with a clear base stand. As a figure he’s great for customs whether using the larger head or smaller base body to create other characters.
All the goblins are so much fun and great for nature pictures. And if you love glow in the dark figures then this goblin is a must have!
